Is Your Brain Ready?
January 5th, 2007 by Owen JohnsonI was recently referred to a new site that claims to help you maintain and expand your brain power. BrainReady produces a podcast that contains diet recommendations and brain exercises one can do while exercising, eating, sitting in traffic, etc. Not sure about the diet recommendations, but the exercises seem like ones that everyone should do to maintain their basic mental capabilities.

I like the recommendation for red wine – noting that pinot noir has the most resveratrol

I checked out BrainReady.com and LOVE IT…this is by far the best brain exercise and overall brain health, anti-aging advice, etc. web site that I’ve found thus far. Highly recommend their Podcast too, which I actually found by accident on Apple iTunes.
Great stuff and hope they continue what they’re doing, especially as they’re still totally free!
j – no worries. Dr F post will be coming soon.
I also agree about brainready; they did a great feature on the benefits of dark chocolate, and all about the acai berry.
